  • Have questions or special details about your piano? Simply reply to the confirmation email — we’d love to hear from you before your visit.

Before Your Appointment

  • Please make sure your piano is clear and accessible, with enough room to work comfortably.

  • If your home requires a gate pass or special access, let us know in advance — especially if the pass must be picked up somewhere other than the main entrance. (Any gate or access fees charged by your community will be added to your invoice.)

  • Need to reschedule? Just reply to your confirmation email or text — we’ll be happy to help you find a better time.
