Lowcountry Piano Services offers professional piano tuning, maintenance, repairs, and related services. All services are by appointment only.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service rate.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit/debit cards, and other approved options. A processing fee may apply to card payments. Any additional repairs or work beyond the original service scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed beforehand.

4. Gate Access Fees

If your community requires a gate pass, access fee, or special entry procedures for service providers, any related charges will be added to your invoice.
If the pass must be picked up at a location other than the main gate, please inform us ahead of time. Additional time required for entry may either be billed or deducted from the time allocated to your piano service.

5. Service Guarantee

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you experience any concerns with the service provided, please contact us within seven (7) days. We’ll make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lowcountry Piano Services is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or defects in your piano that may affect the results of our service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission. We reserve the right to update or remove website content at any time.
